1. Description of the Service

LynxPics allows users to generate images using artificial intelligence based on text prompts and/or uploaded reference images (collectively, "Generated Content"). Access requires credits, which can be purchased directly through our payment partners or earned via the referral program.

The Service and all its features are provided strictly "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of accuracy, legality, or suitability of any Generated Content.

2. Credits and Payments

Credits provide only a right to use certain features of the Service; they are not property, not currency, and have no cash value. Purchased credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may expire at our discretion.

Referral credits are promotional only and may be cancelled or revoked at any time, without notice or cause. We may adjust pricing or credit requirements at any time.

All payments are final. There are no refunds, no chargebacks, and no cash equivalents. By purchasing credits, you waive any right to reverse or dispute payments with your provider.

3. Referral Program

A referred user counts as active (or actual) only when they move from a free trial to a paid package. Referral credits create no obligation for us to provide compensation.

Abuse of the referral system (including fake accounts, self-referrals, or automation) may lead to immediate account termination and loss of all credits.

4. User Responsibility and Content Liability

You are solely responsible for the text prompts, reference images, and materials you submit. By submitting them, you warrant that you own or have legal rights to use such materials and that your inputs do not violate any laws or third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

Generated Content is produced automatically by AI without human review, may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or offensive, and may resemble third-party works by coincidence.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, pornographic, violent, or infringing content
• Impersonate others
• Violate Telegram's Terms of Service or any applicable law

You are fully and solely responsible for all Generated Content created or shared through your account and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LynxPics, its owners, affiliates, and developers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or Generated Content.

5. Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of your input materials (if any rights exist). You receive a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Generated Content for lawful personal or commercial purposes at your own risk.

We retain all rights to the Service, software, models, and systems. We make no representation that any Generated Content will be unique or free of infringement claims.

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

The Service and Generated Content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Generated Content will meet your expectations
• Any content or data will remain accessible or recoverable

Use of LynxPics is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Where limitation is restricted by law, liability is capped to the minimum permitted amount.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you:

• Breach these Terms or applicable law
• Misuse or abuse the Service
• Pose risk to us or others

Upon termination, all credits—paid or referral—are forfeited without refund, and you remain liable for actions taken before termination.

9. Changes to Service and Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We may revise these Terms or this Policy without notice; the new version becomes effective upon publication in the Bot or on an associated page.

Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware, USA.

• Minimal technical logs
• Payment confirmations (never full card or banking data)

Data Storage and Retention

We do not permanently store prompts, reference images, or Generated Content. Inputs and outputs are automatically deleted shortly after delivery (normally within minutes or hours).

Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade user data. Minimal operational data may be shared with partners strictly for functionality. Telegram may process your data under its Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data but cannot guarantee complete security.
